One of the most fundamental aspects of modern life is the concept of a career. From the moment we awaken in the morning, our thoughts often turn to the various obligations and responsibilities that come with our chosen professions. Whether we are focused on closing deals, attending meetings, or simply meeting our daily quotas, the demands of our jobs can often consume our every waking thought.

It is for this reason that the adage "we eat careers for breakfast, lunch and dinner" rings so true. Our professional lives are an integral part of who we are, and they can have a profound impact on our overall happiness and wellbeing.

However, it's important to remember that our careers don't have to be a source of stress and anxiety. In fact, with the right mindset and approach, our work can be a source of fulfillment and purpose.

One way to achieve this is by making it our business to be happy at work. After all, we spend a significant portion of our lives in the workplace, so it's crucial that we find ways to enjoy and derive meaning from our work.

So the next time you find yourself dreading the start of the workday, remember that you have the power to shape your experience. By approaching your work with a positive attitude and a focus on happiness, you can transform your career from a source of stress to a source of joy.

In the world of employment, communication is like the master key that unlocks success for both employees and employers. By keeping the channels open, everyone can be on the same page regarding expectations and needs. It's like a dance between goals, salaries, and capabilities. However, it's not enough to just talk about it - accountability is key! With Excel sheets to track progress, we can have a clear picture of everything accomplished. And when you go home at the end of the day, there's no better feeling than seeing all your hard work documented. Trust us, it'll make you feel like a million bucks, even when it comes to sales or other employer-related matters. Because when you can see the direct correlation between your input and the 10X outcome, it's a win-win situation for everyone involved.

Talent acquisition - the Holy Grail of modern business. From the smallest startup to the largest multinational corporation, finding the right people to build a successful company has become a top priority for every employer out there. And it's no surprise, really - after all, the true key to success lies in the hands of the hard-working employees who are the driving force behind every successful organization.

From recruiting and onboarding to training and development, every step of the talent acquisition process requires careful attention and planning. And when done right, the rewards can be immeasurable - a team of talented and engaged employees who are committed to the company's success and growth.

So if you're looking to take your business to the next level, don't underestimate the power of a strong talent acquisition strategy. Because in the end, it's the people behind the scenes who make all the difference.

How can I keep my employees happy?

Ah, the age-old dilemma of poached employees. We've all been there, haven't we? But let's face it - if your employees are happy and satisfied with their pay and position, the prospects of them being poached are slim to none. As Joel Freund, founder of Fluex Media, so aptly put it, the solution is simple: Keep your employees as happy as possible. Whether it's a raise or transportation expenses, if they deserve it and the work gets done, give it to them. Sure, you may not like everything about them - they may have character flaws, just like the rest of us. But at the end of the day, if they're happy, they'll stay. If not, they'll find a way to survive - it's human nature. So keep them happy, so when your competitor comes knocking, they'll just laugh in their face, because they know they've got it good with you.

How do you help candidates navigate the treacherous waters of the working world?

Well, it's simple - we are like a career therapist! With a natural talent for making people feel at ease, I have them spilling their guts in no time. And once they start talking about their struggles, it's our job to play detective and figure out where their true talents lie. Sometimes they don't even realize their own strengths, so we ask the right questions and help them discover their hidden potential. Before you know it, they're ready to conquer the career world with newfound confidence and clarity. So every day we put on our therapist hat and get ready to change some lives - one job at a time!

Can you share a success story, where a company reached out and you found them the right candidate?

Well, let me tell you about a success story that still brings a smile to my face! You see, we had this client - a nursing home chain with multiple locations - who had recently acquired a financial solutions company. But they were in desperate need of a successful COO to help manage the new venture. So, I put my head down and focused on this search for four straight weeks, trying every angle I could think of. And finally, we found the perfect candidate with over a decade of experience in the field. The best part? We made this hire right before Passover, so while everyone else was busy cleaning, we were busy helping a fellow Yid get a much bigger parnosa with a company that offers profit sharing - which, let's face it, is tough to come by these days! So, yes, we definitely have some success stories to share, and this is just one of many.

The invigorating feeling of helping our community with their parnosa pushes me out of bed every day, and we are on a mission to get you to that level as well.
